Sometimes you may want to change the email on a submitted file and resend an email. For example, perhaps you received an email bounce message, because the user mistyped their email address (e.g. “myemail@gmial.com” instead of “myemail@gmail.com”.) Or perhaps the user has asked to change their email address. With Moksha, you can change the recipient email address and resend confirmation emails as well as rejections, acceptances, and all other correspondence.
To change the email for a submission, visit the submission page, and click on the “Edit” button at the top right. (Note: you must have permission to edit submissions to see this button).
Next, edit the “Email” field and enter the new address:
Click “Save” to save the changes, then click “« Back to submission” at the top to return to the submission page.
To resend the submission confirmation email, click the “Resend confirmation email” button:
To resend a rejection, acceptance, contact, or other letter, scroll down to the comment with the sent email and click the “Resend email” button at the bottom right of the comment:
Resent emails will always use the new email address.
