Moksha has the ability to tag submissions with any name you like. You can also change the colors of tags, for easier visual sorting.
Creating and Editing Tags
To allow a Reader to add and edit tags, first enable the permission in the Reader’s profile:
To add one or more tags to a Submission, at the top of the Submission page, click on the edit icon next to the word “Tags”:
Choose one or more tags from the dropdown list, or type your own new tag and hit enter.
Click “Save Tags” to save your changes.
Using and Searching for Tags
Tags will appear under the submission titles on the main submission index page:
You can also search for one or more tags using the Advanced Search on the main submission index page.
Tag Counts
You can view the tag totals (the number of submissions with that tag) on your Submission Type page, under the “Tags” tab:
Changing Tag Names and Colors
You can rename tags and change the colors of tags. Visit your Submission Type page and click “Edit.” Click on the “Tags” tab:
Type in a new tag name and adjust the foreground and background colors. Make sure to click “Save” to save your changes.
